Understanding Transformational Leadership to Drive Business Strategy and Organizational Vision

Organization’s go to great lengths to understand and articulate how to identify and ensure their organization has quality leaders, but do not integrate this with the strategic goals and visions of the organization’s future enough. Doing this well requires a strong theory of leadership as a “backbone” to assist in articulating the strategic goals of the organization regarding their view of leadership and ensuring the organization has leaders who will clearly articulate goals and visions of the organization internally and externally. This session articulates Transformational Leadership (TL) as one such theory which can be enacted to develop strong business strategy behind leadership. This session will highlight how this pivotal understanding of leadership can be communicated to create change within the organization and to create a sound strategy behind selecting and developing leaders who will drive an organization’s vision. What will participants learn? 1) How an understanding of Transformational Leadership it can be leveraged as a business strategy. 2) How Transformational Leadership relates to an organization’s vision. 3) How to lead organizational change to educate and develop quality leaders who articulate the vision of the organization.
