SUMMARY: The ongoing evolution of a company within the larger business climate is essential to its strategic business plan and HR must be able to align with the contingencies of business planning. While most business plans forecast action for the next 3-5 years, organizations know these plans have to be flexible and HR must have flexible tools and systems in place to be diagnostic in their approach to things like talent management and succession planning.
This session will take a detailed look at performance management tools and their strategic application and how efficient, effective, and objective talent management systemization can create opportunity for optimizing flexibility to adjust to and change with the business climate. Ultimately, the focus will be on the ability to deliver key outcome measures so that HR can be diagnostic in their approach to flexing to business needs and climate over time.
