Hiring

The Hiring Report identifies a candidate's alignment to the profile requirements and provides a numerical score and match rating. Additionally, behavioral descriptions are provided for each relevent performance driver.

Coaching

The Coaching Report provides an easy-to-use checklist that allows managers to prioritize areas of prospective growth for an employee. It contains talking points for real-time coaching suggestions, and a log for coaching activities.

Development

The Development Report helps to identify and prioritize areas for individual development organized around a set of key behaviors. The report also includes a planning guide to document and track development activities.
