Understanding and identifying the right talent strategy is central to ensuring organizations have employees that demonstrate the desired, mission critical behaviors that effectively contribute to an organization’s culture and business strategy. Over time, consistently communicating and managing talent strategy can be difficult as change is inevitable. Therefore, a structured change management process will be explored to help align talent with business strategy so that business and people demands are managed with the ongoing dynamic talent strategy of an organization.
