Addressing three key questions in preparation for change can help set the stage and get you strategically aligned with business needs, goals, and initiatives to make sure you address the proper issues for change. This session will dive into key questions, including 1) Why change? 2) What are the options? And 3) How do we know we are making the right choice? These questions will set the groundwork for ensuring a collaborative and detailed approach to preparing for change.
