This session will discuss the benefits of implementing a personalized financial planning program which include fostering a competitive benefits package, reduced employee stress, boosted productivity and loyalty, enhanced talent acquisition and retention, and improved engagement. Lastly, the session will review the key aspects to consider when looking implement a financial planning program like the cost and provider qualifications as well as components of program like retirement planning, healthcare analysis, college planning, or asset allocation.
